Strategically positioned at the intersections of Highway 20, downtown Montreal and the St. Lawrence River, the Avenue 32 project in the borough of Lachine is strategically positioned so that its residents can easily benefit from the activities of the urban areas while enjoying the peaceful environment of the suburbs.

The surroundings are there to accommodate you. This is not only true in warm weather. When winter comes, the nearby trails are transformed into cross-country ski runs. From there, you will appreciate the reflection of the sun on the illuminated canal.
