Grâce Condominiums

Grace Condominiums project consists of three new buildings located in the heart of Montreal’s vibrant Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood, on Melrose, Hampton and Clifton streets. Condos come in studios and one to four bedroom units, also including two-story units on the ground floor. A common space on the roof, as well as private terraces allow residents to enjoy the outdoors. With less than forty residences per project phase, and each building framed by lush greenery and the NDG bike path, Grace Condominiums offers a perfect balance between comfort and functionality.
